Overview
BihariHaat allows its customers to return faulty products, damaged products, and mistakes in order or mismatch in size, upon creating a return request and returning any item in its original form of packing, tags, bills, and condition which allows the customer to with BihariHaat within a 7-10days return guarantee. BihariHaat allows a full refund on a return and bears the cost of delivery, though the delivery cost is to be borne by the customer. And even customer can cancel their order any time before the product/item reaches the customer’s delivery destination.
Exchanges
BihariHaat only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then you need to contact our customer care service.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from place to place.
Refund
Refund will take from 5 – 10 working days to credit back to your account.
